Cavs sign Uzoh to 10-day contract

02/10/2012 - Cleveland, OH (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Cleveland Cavaliers inked guard Ben Uzoh to a 10-day contract Friday, a move necessitated by the absence of first- overall pick Kyrie Irving due to a concussion.

The 23-year-old averaged 16.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists in 12 games with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA Development League.

Uzoh, a Tulsa product, appeared in 42 games with the Nets last season, turning in 3.8 points, 1.6 assists and 1.5 rebounds per contest.

Academy Award Betting Odds for Best Picture Offer Great Value

If there is any category that is not an obvious win for any one nominee in this year's Academy Awards, it would be for Best Picture.  Sure the Departed is a 5/7 favorite, but that's hardly anything when we look at Helen Mirren and her "out-of-reach" 1 to 40 odds (which means you would win a whopping $1 for every $40 bet).

Who is to say independently produced Little Miss Sunshine won't be this year's Crash.  Last year, Crash won for Best Motion Picture, shocking those who bet on gay cowboy flick, Brokeback Mountain, as the favorite to win.
